Frequently Asked Questions

Is a skincare consultation required?

No! Every individual can choose to shop with or without engaging with our Skin Therapists. They’re here if you have skincare questions - big or small. Visit our advice page to learn more.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Wonder Skincare Inc. is a Canadian-made and -based business. We only offer our services and ship within our beautiful Canadian borders.

What’s your return policy?

We will happily accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of initial purchase. To facilitate arrangements, please contact our Operations Manager Heather, at heather@wonderskincare.ca. Original proof of purchase is required. Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the returned, unopened and undamaged items. Return shipping expenses are at the purchaser’s expense. Shipping fees are not refundable.

How will I know that my order has been received?

You will receive an email confirmation and ongoing updates as your order is received, packaged and shipped, along with a Canada Post tracking number.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated via a Canada Post integration with our Shopify-hosted ecommerce site. 

Do you ship to PO boxes or only to physical addresses?

Wonder Skincare will only ship to physical addresses.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be sent by Expedited Parcel or Expresspost™️ through Canada Post. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused ongoing shipping delays but we expect your parcel to arrive within 2-5 days.

Do you special order?

If you haven’t found the product you’re looking for, we’d love to special order it for you. We are limited to the brands currently listed on the site, and to products approved in Canada. Special orders can be initiated here. Your special order will arrive with our next brand shipment, and then be processed and mailed directly to your doorstep via Canada Post. Please allow extra time for special orders - inquire for details.

Do you have gift cards?

Gift cards are not yet available. Please check back for updates.

Are your products medical-grade?

The skincare lines carried at Wonder Skincare Inc. are medical grade, thoroughly tested, and backed by science. We offer free advice and consultations to help you ensure these effective products are used safely.

Are these products safe while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Certain ingredients in some skincare products are not safe to use during pregnancy. Please consult with your physician or obstetrician. Do not use Retinol if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning on becoming pregnant. Our Skin Therapists can guide you towards proven-safe options.

Do you send out free samples?

Every order placed at wonderskincare.ca will arrive with two (2) tailored samples.

How long do your products last?

As required, products will clearly identify expiration dates. Most bottles, serums and jars of skincare contain approximately 3-4 months of regular usage.

Where can I ask additional questions or get more information?

Please see package inserts of each good or product purchased from Wonder Skincare for additional information and safe usage instructions. If you have any questions regarding skincare or need guidance, reach us at hello@wonderskincare.ca.
